Store pop-ups offer a simple, flexible opportunity for authors and vendors to sell or promote their work in-store during regular business hours. They are ideal for individuals looking for a simple way to expand their reach and fan base by managing a small display for themselves for 2-3 hours.

Store Pop-Ups Include:

• Scheduling during normal store hours
• Availability based on store calendar and existing events
• Minimum one week advance notice required
• Store-created promotional graphic
• Facebook event creation within 72 hours of confirmed agreement

Pop-Up Partner Responsibilities:

• Personal promotion and marketing
• Providing all inventory and display materials
• Managing your table/setup throughout the pop-up
• Setup, breakdown, and cleanup ​

Official store events are collaborative, store-sponsored partnerships designed to create a more personalized and immersive experience for all in attendance.  They are best suited for individuals or groups that align closely with the store’s values, audience, and existing community.

Store Events May Include:

• Customized planning based on the nature of the event
• Expanded promotional support leading up to the event
• Staff assistance with setup and takedown as available or needed
• After-hours scheduling opportunities
• Potential store-supplied author inventory

Event Scheduling Guidelines:

• Preferred scheduling at least 4 weeks in advance, though flexibility may be possible depending on individual circumstances
• Availability may be limited due to the significant planning and time investment required, as well as existing store commitments

We carefully curate the experiences hosted within our space. Because all activity within our store reflects our values, we reserve the right to decline partnerships that are not aligned with our vision or standards.
