Real-life rom-com plot twist: our authors’ flights have been delayed. The event is still happening tonight, just with a slightly later start time. Think of it as a bonus pre-party. The good news: doors are still opening at 6 PM and we are turning the Romance Book Fair into a full girls’ night out situation with romance trivia, shopping, and more while we wait for Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone to arrive. So grab your bestie and settle in. The reversible dust jackets are fashionably late. As in… not here at all tonight. Here’s how we’ve got you covered: Local attendees: Your dust jackets will be available for pickup at Four Seasons Books next week. Out-of-town attendees: Please email Julia for pickup or shipping instructions. We promise they are worth the wait. PARKING Lot G, right next to the venue, is FREE. Downtown metered parking is FREE after 6 PM. Please give yourself time to park and walk. CHECK-IN Check-in and book pickup still begin at 6:00 PM on site. We know delays are never ideal, but we are turning this into a full-on girls’ night out experience and cannot wait to hang with you tonight. |
