We’re thrilled to have author Sarah Tollok join us as she reads short passages from her novel, Bookstories. Following each reading, get ready to get to know your booksellers on a different level as they answer thought-provoking questions inspired by the book!
But the excitement doesn’t end there! Join in on the fun with our audience contest. Submit your ideas for alternate names for the bar featured in Sarah Tollok’s book. While it’s currently known as The Circulation Desk, we’re eager to see the creative suggestions our Shepherdstown community comes up with. The winner will receive a copy of Bookstories by Sarah Tollok!

Meet Sarah

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Sarah Tollok is an American writer whose work focuses on women and justice. She holds  an MA in Appalachian Studies from Shepherd University and an MA in Creative Media Practice from  the University of West Scotland. She lives at the foot of the Cascade Mountains in Deschutes County,  Oregon, where she volunteers with the League of Women Voters. Zacharias taught First-Amendment Rights at Central Washington University and continues to  teach at writing workshops around the country. Learn more about her at www.karenzach.com. ​
